5,000mg of BCAAs in the classic 2:1:1 ratio, plus L-glutamine, in a honeydew watermelon mix. A 292g tub, roughly 45 servings at the suggested half scoop. Sip it during training or after, or between meals on a rest day.


Why 2:1:1: two parts leucine to one part isoleucine and valine is the ratio nearly all the research uses. Leucine is the amino acid that signals your body to start building, which is why it gets the double share.
